Last week I spoke of the beautiful love story between my mother, Margaret Jensen who passed away 12 years ago and that of my father who was very ill in the hospital. On Saturday, June 4th at 11:23 p.m. my father Earle Jensen passed away. What gets me through the sadness of losing him is knowing that he's back with my mother who is the love of his life.
As I was fortunate enough to say some last minute words to him, I noticed his eyes were staring straight up. I asked my sister, Gerry Finlan why he wasn't looking at me while talking to him when I could feel his head shaking yes in agreement, but not looking at me? Gerry replied, "He was looking at mom, who is above him, coming down from heaven to bring him up peacefully."
Now their love story continues in heaven...
