Division Wrestling Takes Second Place
Levittown athletes soar at Cordell Rotary Tournament in Oneonta.
The Division Avenue High School wrestling team placed second at the Ross Cordell Rotary Tournament in Oneonta, New York.
Wrestlers Francis Alexander, Chris Ponce and Ricky Stamm also won their respective weight classes.
“It felt really good to see our hard work payoff and see everyone perform very well at the tournament,” Stamm said. “We were fighting against the odds because we were only able to send 10 out of 14 competitors to wrestle.”
