Police: Man With Knife Robs Lindenhurst Dunkin' Donuts

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in Lindenhurst on Friday night.

According to police, a man armed with a knife entered the Dunkin’ Donuts, located at 280 Sunrise Highway, at about 8:45 p.m. and demanded money from the cashier.

The cashier complied with the man’s demands and the robber fled on foot around the west side of the building, police said.

The robber is described as white, in his early to mid-20s, with a thin build. He was wearing white-framed glasses, a white hooded sweatshirt with a gray checkered pattern, a pink and blue hat on his head under the hoodie, dark sweatpants and white sneakers.
