Suffolk County Lacrosse Playoff Brackets Set
Class A playoffs begin Thursday afternoon; West Islip grabs top seed.
Section XI released its Suffolk County brackets Tuesday morning. If you've been following the regular standings there aren't any surprises with how the field of 12 turned out in Class A.
West Islip, Ward Melville, Smithtown West and Sachem North all received first round byes and will have home field advantage in the Suffolk quarterfinals, which begin Tuesday, May 24.
No. 1 West Islip ... first round bye, will play winner of No.8 Smithtown East vs. No. 9 East Islip

No. 2 Ward Melville ... first round bye, will play winner of No. 7 Northport vs. No. 10 Middle Country
No. 3 Smithtown West ... first round bye, will play winner of No. 6 Bay Shore vs. No. 11

The Class B and C brackets have not been released yet, but the information will be posted when available.
