Teen Accused Of Driving High On Drugs During Fatal Crash: Reports
The 18-year-old was allegedly high on marijuana and Xanax during the crash that killed 2 last year, according to multiple reports.

LINDENHURST, NY - A Lindenhurst teen plead not guilty on Friday to driving while high on drugs and speeding during a crash that killed two people in Lindenhurst last year, according to multiple reports.
Last October David O'Brien, now 18, was driving a 1998 Ford Mustang south on North Wellwood Avenue, near Lenox Street, when the car left the roadway and struck a fire hydrant and then a tree, according to Suffolk Police.
The front seat passenger, 16-year-old Joseph Galdorisi, of Lindenhurst, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Maggie Miller, 24, of Copiague, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where she was pronounced dead.
In addition O'Brien and a second backseat passenger, 16-year-old Daniel Ozarowski, also of Lindenhurst, were taken to Good Samaritan for treatment of serious injuries, police said.

On Friday, O'Brien was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and driving while impaired by drugs among others, Newsday reports.
He was accused of being under the influence of Xanax and marijuana during the incident as well as driving recklessly.
He was released on $150,000 bond. If convicted on the top count he faces a minimum of 25 years in prison.
The father the deceased teen, Anthony Galdorisi, told News12 that O’Brien should receive a life sentence.
“Two fatalities. I don’t care if he’s only 18. He’s alive. My son is in the ground,” he told News12.
O'Brien's attorney, George Duncan, told Newsday that his is "devastated."
"It's a tragedy," he told Newsday. "There are two people that are gone."
