Teen Robbed at Gunpoint While Selling Computer in North Lindenhurst

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in North Lindenhurst on Wednesday evening.

According to police, a 17-year-old male listed his computer for sale on Facebook and arranged to meet a buyer on North Clinton Avenue in North Lindenhurst around 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The teen was sitting in a vehicle with two other people when the male buyer approached and gave the teen money for the computer.

Once the buyer had the computer, he displayed a gun and demanded the money back.

The teen gave the money to the man, who then fled. No arrests have been made.
