A diagnosis of a medical illness or cancer can often leave you feeling scared, depressed, anxious, or isolated. Finding a therapist who can help you cope is an important process in healing. I strongly believe that with counseling, you can learn to live a full and productive life with and after cancer or illness. My practice focuses on counseling for women with health issues including cancer, depression, and anxiety. I am a Clinical Oncology Social Worker who has been counseling women with breast and other female cancers since 2009.I am one of very few therapists on Long Island who specializes in counseling for women with cancer.

My treatment approach is to help you alleviate many of the common issues and stresses that come up during and post treatment. All of this is done in a safe, nurturing, and confidential space.

FREE BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP FOR BREAST CANCER PATIENTS LOCATED IN PLAINVIEW, NY: : At this time I am also facilitating a weekly, FREEbreast cancer support group.
