FLG Lacrosse welcomes Robyn Pastuch as a new Club Director!

The FLG Girls Lacrosse program will greatly benefit from Robyn's experience & lacrosse knowledge!

Robyn began to shine as an outstanding lacrosse player at the youth level.

While at Calhoun High School in Merrick, NY, Robyn was a four year varsity starter and one of the top scorers in both her junior and senior years: totaling 366 points before graduating high school. Robyn was an All County player, All Conference and was an Academic All American.

During this time, Robyn helped the 2003 NY State Empire Team and the 2003 New York School Girls National Team to be gold medal winners. Robyn also played for the Long Island Yellow Jackets earning “All Galaxy” honors while in High School.

After being heavily recruited, Robyn played UCONN lacrosse on a four-year scholarship and had a pivotal role for the Huskies offense, helping the team to be ranked in the top 20 Nationwide multiple times, and become ECAC Champions in 2005. Robyn graduated from UCONN in 2008 with a BA in Psychology.

After undergrad, Robyn earned an MA in Physical Education at Adelphi University, where she was an Assistant Coach for the National Champions Women’s Lacrosse team, specializing in offensive coaching, scouting and recruitment for the 2009 undefeated Championship team.

Robyn has been an Assistant Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Hewlett High School for the last 5 seasons. Throughout her coaching career at Hewlett, she has helped many recruits commit to the college of their dreams to play lacrosse.

When Robyn is not playing or coaching lacrosse, she trains and competes as a CrossFit athlete and is a head judge, social media manager and production coordinator for Flex Events.

FLG would like to welcome Robyn Pastuch as new Club Director. The FLG Girls program will greatly benefit from Robyn’s experience and lacrosse knowledge.

“We are very excited and looking forward to what Robyn can add to FLG. She’ll not only bring experience to the club, but also will be a great role model and mentor. Robyn is an outstanding coach, a seasoned recruiter and a dynamic leader.
