Long Beach Spring Fun Run Set for April
Event will held by North Shore-LIJ Cancer Institute and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

North Shore-LIJ Cancer Institute and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society are inviting the community out for a Fun Run on April 9.
The four-mile run/walk will start and finish at the Allegria Hotel and will be held in memory of Lowell Schindler and Steve Trapani.
A half-mile fun run will begin at 9 a.m. for children 14 and under. At 9:30 a.m., the four-mile run/walk will begin.

Packet pickup will be at the Allegria beginning at 8 a.m.
Trophies will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in several categories, including overall finishers, fun run, Long Beach residents, and Greater Runners Club of Long Island.
