New Upside To Downward Dog

There are plenty of good ways to enjoy a day; this one is fantastic in so many ways.

When you trek our beach or boards, most of you have undoubtedly seen the Beach Warriors at Grand Blvd Beach.

Stephanie told me about her Beach Warrior Yoga group, what they get out of it, and what she gets out of it in return.

About thirty years ago, Stephanie found her work joyless. But one day, she shifted gears and changed her life. She asked a simple question, and the response wasn’t just a generic answer; it was more mentorship. That response, too, is to be noted, one human helping another because that’s what good people do.

Since then, Stephanie has impacted the lives of others. She's brought joy to them through her efforts and joy to herself.

Someone said, “When you love what you do, you don’t work a day in your life.”

Joy is contagious, and others see when your work is your joy. It spreads to others. And so on it goes, again and again, making our tiny blue planet a little better.

Please learn of Stephanie’s heart in the New Upside To Downward Dog.

Be well,
Leebythesea
