Pedestrian and Bike Safety Presentation by the NY Coalition for Transportation Safety at GN Library

Families and patrons of all ages are invited to come and learn about bike and transportation safety this National Bicycle Safety Month! Cindy Brown, Executive Director of the New York Coalition for Transportation Safety, will lead this informative presentation.

Since 1987, the New York Coalition for Transportation Safety has received grants from federal, state, local, and private agencies to develop and conduct public information and education campaigns in a variety of localities. Programs they've provided include bicycle, pedestrian, and school bus safety, and child passenger safety seat checks and installation. Learn more at nycts.org.

The workshop will be at the Great Neck Library, 159 Bayview Avenue, Great Neck, on Monday, May 11, at 6:00 p.m. Attendees will also receive reflective vests and slap bracelets!
