Learn about senior living community's planned expansion
Jefferson's Ferry, a life plan community, is hosting informational programs to highlight planned expansion & discuss senior housing options
Those interested in learning more about senior housing options and the planned expansion at Jefferson’s Ferry, a life plan community for active adults 62 and above, are invited to attend one of two informational programs hosted by Jefferson’s Ferry at the Old Field Club, 86 W. Meadow Rd., East Setauket. Event dates are Wednesday, Dec. 5 and Thursday, Dec. 13 at 11:30 a.m. Space is limited and reservations are required by calling (631) 253-8585.
Jefferson’s Ferry, located at One Jefferson Ferry Drive, South Setauket, offers residential living in a vibrant, active community with the assurance of onsite healthcare. The planned expansion will help serve the growing number of older adults living in the Long Island and surrounding areas.
The presentation will highlight the senior housing options available, focusing specifically on the benefits of living in a life plan community, also referred to as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Tips on how to select a life plan community will be provided. After, guests will learn about the expansion planned at Jefferson’s Ferry, including new apartment homes in residential and assisted living, a new memory care neighborhood, as well as renovations in key common areas.
