'My Pizza Is My Story Served On A Plate:' Dough & Co. Pizza Coming To LI's North Shore

Owner Daniel Rocca spent much of his life in pizzerias โ€“ it was always his calling โ€“ and he opened the shop when he was just 24 years old. The local pizza spot is making its way across LI to Oyster Bay. Rocca will be opening an Oyster Bay location with a tentative date of March 1. The pizza shop currently has a location in Huntington, which owner Rocca opened in February of 2022. Read more.

Local Farmingdale Ice Cream Shop To Close Sunday After 3 Sweet Years

After nearly three years of serving up scoops, smiles, and sweet treats, Scoops and Cones in Farmingdale is preparing to close its doors for good this weekend. In an Instagram post signed "Tommy and family," the shop announced that Sun., Feb. 15, will be its final day on Fulton Street. Read more.

Taco Fresco on Railroad Avenue in Babylon Village is planning an expansion that would add customer seating and broaden its menu, staff confirmed to Patch. Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union cut the ribbon on its newest location on Tuesday, opening a โ€œmicro branchโ€ inside the campus of Catholic Healthโ€™s Mercy Hospital.
