Another Reiki Night

Another Reiki Night

Spiritual teachings have originated from all over the planet.

This was particularly important in ancient times when communication was impeded by poor and unsafe traveling methods, towering mountains, vast distances, and ambushing bandits.

For millennia, specific sacred teachings remained where they were erected and were cherished by those enlightened civilizations.

Zooming forward to the twentieth century, the media landscape was mesmerizingly altered with each successive decade introducing novel means and fine-tuned technology launching innovative appliances and cosmic ideas.

Comparatively, traveling is a breeze nowadays, and information and connection are literally at our fingertips, allowing knowledge and percipience for instantaneous download, pleasure, and ease.

Our merciful and gracious Lord and Savior, Jesus, illuminated and apprised a section in the Middle East, demonstrating divine newfangled perspectives and inclusivity.

Buddha's kind philosophies were extolled by the Asians and some Indians, while Hinduism was birthed in India, and the esoteric wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine brought new insights and therapies into the curative arena.

Over one hundred years ago, a Japanese holy man named Mikao Usui, was on a spiritual quest and isolated himself on top of Mount Karuma for twenty-one days fasting, praying, and repenting, which is where God bestowed the endowment of Reiki upon him with the decree to teach it to the world.

Reiki is not a religion and has no dogma.

It is a healing modality, and can be utilized by anyone seeking calm, peace, health, and wellbeing by the laying on of hands.

The practitioner is a channel for God's Living Loving Light to travel through him/her and into another for their greatest joy and highest good.

This noninvasive gentle technique relaxes the body and mind, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to facilitate rest, digestion, and healing pathways.

Scientific studies have repeatedly revealed that healing can only occur in a relaxed state.

Perhaps this why Jesus always wished people peace as it is the root of health and enables self-actualization and even transcendence.

Jesus accepted the Lord's will and directed His disciples to spread what He taught to the ends of the Earth.

Receptive minds around the globe undertook what God placed before them and carried out the intended plan even though it was difficult and in Jesus' case required sacrificing Himself for man's salvation and the removal of the sorrowfully ingrained blemish of sin.

God supplies as each is instructed to do.

Enlightenment and peace are gifts awaiting each of us, and it is easier to obtain than imagined.

Gone are the days of endless solitude as a hibernating monk, prolonged hours of meditation, extensive abstinence and asceticism, or stipulated rites of passage.

The prerequisite is simply to be present in the moment, seek communion with the Lord, and patiently listen for God's guiding whisper.

On Tuesday, August 20th, I will host a Reiki Night via Zoom.

Join us as we walk through our garden to witness its condition.

Are you bearing fruits?

Is it desolate?

Whatever the state, you have the power to alter and transform it so that your soil is fertile and will give bloom to any seeds you intentionally and tenderly plant.

Even though you may be entrenched in difficult situations you can bloom where you are planted.

Jesus is the supreme healer of the universe, and as a Registered Nurse and Reiki Master I am following in Jesus' beloved footsteps helping to heal His people.

Different texts and disciplines, different individuals, different lands, different periods of time. All One God...always at work.

~ " "Because of me you bear fruit," Hosea 14:9. ~
