
A car burst into flames after colliding with another vehicle on Sunrise Highway, Sunday, but two people inside were able to escape harm, police said.
The accident occurred shortly after 11:30 p.m. on Sunrise near Louden Street.
The car rear-ended a pickup truck on the eastbound side of the highway, police said.

Two adults inside the were able to escape the fire, which destroyed the interior of the vehicle.
The truck driver was unhurt, police said.
