Convicted Felon Charged With Hitting Tenant With Two-By-Four During Dispute: Police
BREAKING: The convicted prostitute and drug dealer allegedly had a personal relationship with former Suffolk Police Chief James Burke.

A convicted prostitute and drug dealer who allegedly had a personal relationship with former Suffolk County Police Chief James Burke was charged on Monday with hitting a woman with a two-by-four in Massapequa.
Police said 48-year-old Lowrita Rickenbacker of Massapequa went to collect money from a person who was allegedly her tenant at a Clocks Boulevard home.
The tenant allegedly did not have the money to give her and Rickenbacker struck the tenant 4 or 5 times causing swelling above the victim's eye, police said.

She then fled the scene and the victim was transported to a local hospital.
On Monday, Rickenback was charged with second degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Rickenbacker allegedly had a personal relationship with Burke back in 1995, according to a report in Newsday.
Burke 52, of St. James, was sentenced to 46 months in prison for assaulting Smithtown resident Christopher Loeb who was arrested for stealing a duffel bags with items from Burke's SCPD-issued SUV as well as other police vehicle in 2012, while he was handcuffed and chained to an eyebolt fastened to the floor at the Fourth Precinct.
