Cops: 4 Cars Damaged, License Plates Stolen in Massapequa
Nassau County Police report on crimes in the Massapequa area.
Nassau County Police released the following information. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
Incidents
- Nov. 29: Chester Avenue, Massapequa; two license plates stolen from car.
- Nov. 30: Tyrconnell Avenue, Massapequa Park; license plates stolen from parked car.
- Dec. 2: Amber Drive, Massapequa; pocketbook stolen from unlocked parked car.
- Nov. 3: Linda Drive, Massapequa; GPS, money stolen from parked car.
- Nov. 28: Rose Street, Massapequa Park; rear windshield broken on parked car.
- Dec. 1: Central Avenue and New York Avenue, Massapequa; two cars found scratched with all tires damaged while parked.

- Nov. 29: Shamera Bowden, 18, of Central Islip, charged with shoplifting at Walmart in Massapequa.
- Dec. 1: Robin Thomas, 49, of Massapequa, charged with shoplifting at Walmart in Massapequa.
- Dec. 3: Veronica Martin, 34, of Amityville, charged with shoplifting at Walmart in Massapequa.
- Dec. 3: Kristen Espinoza, 21, of Massapequa, charged with shoplifting at Walmart in Massapequa.
- Nov. 30: Michele Traylor, 44, of Massapequa, and Leslie O’Neil, 43, of Bethpage, charged with shoplifting at Walmart in East Meadow.
