Cops: 6 Teens Charged with Trespassing in Massapequa Park Office Building

Four underage teens and two adults charged with criminal trespassing stemming from an incident in July, cops said.

Six teenagers face charges after police obtained video showing them trespassing inside a Massapequa Park office building, according to Nassau County Police.

Detectives responded to 1035 Park Boulevard at 4 p.m. July 6 to a call about young trespassers, cops said.

The owner of the building handed over surveillance video and police were able to identify six teenagers, four of whom were underage, cops said. All were charged with criminal trespassing, police said.

Michael Drosihn, 19, of Massapequa, was charged July 24 with third-degree criminal trespassing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree criminal contempt from an unrelated incident.

Antonio Halstead, 18, of Amityville, was located and charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal trespassing. He was given a desk appearance ticket.

Four other boys, aged 16 and 17, were also charged with third-degree criminal trespassing. The teens were from Massapequa and Massapequa Park.
