Bus Trip from Massapequa Public Library to Vivian Beaumont Theater/Lincoln Center to see War Horse

Trip starts with a lunch of salad, choice of entree, dessert, coffee or tea, at Strada57.

This is followed by a theatrical adaptation of War Horse, a novel by Michael Morpurgo.  The First World War is the backdrop for this tale of bravery, loyalty, and the extraordinary bond between a young recruit and his horse.  Actors, working with astonishing life-sized puppets by the internationally renowned Handspring Puppet Company, take audiences on an unforgettable journey through history.

Please park in the north lot of the library.  Payment is check or money order.  No refunds unless trip is cancelled.  They will make every effort to find a replacement.  People who wish to travel together should indicate this when signing up.
