Rev. Joshua D. Walters, will officially become the eleventh rector of the church at a ceremony Saturday.

Grace has had a long history dating back to 1844, and was the only church in the area for more than a century, according to Walters.

"I'd like to return Grace, to what it once was, a major church in the area," Walters said.  "I want it to be a place that welcomes everyone and educates all people."
