ICYMI: Dogs Found 'Emaciated' In Nassau Home Up For Adoption

In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in Massapequa Patch:

The two dogs who were recently rescued from the home of a North Massapequa father and son who were charged with neglecting them are now up for adoption.

Last week, Thomas Skuza and Thomas Skuza Jr. were both found to have deprived their two dogs, Romeo and Damian of necessary sustenance, food and water, the SPCA said.

Both dogs were found at their North Queens Avenue home by Nassau County SPCA Detectives. They were both"emaciated" with ribs, spine, and hips showing, the SPCA said.
