Saturday, May 3rd, is Massapequa Chiefs Baseball Day.The school baseball teams will play at John J. Burns park, followed by a bbq. Games start at 10:00 am and end with the varsity game at 7:30 pm.
This year we will be conducting a food drive to benefit Long Island's hungry. Please bring down a healthy item and place in the Island Harvest bin. The bins will be located at the front baseball field on the left as you enter the park. We are looking for healthy donations of food such as canned fruits and vegetables, instant brown rice, tomato sauce, oatmeal, whole grain tortillas, pasta, and crackers, beans and peanut butter.
