Community Corner

Liberty to Host Town Halls to Connect with Customers

Come meet with Liberty this October
Come meet with Liberty this October

Liberty New York Water invites customers to one of four Town Hall events where we can better get to know each other. Liberty community members are encouraged to come meet our team, learn about our new and improved customer experience, infrastructure updates, water quality, water conservation, and more.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions and learn from Liberty experts by visiting a number of staffed tables. Topics will range from smart irrigation controllers and water conservation to paying bills online and taking full advantage of new smart meters.

“We are eager to meet with our customers,” said Chris Alario, President, Liberty, New York Water. “Partnering with the communities we serve is core to our values and paramount to our success.”
