FREE Rape Prevention Class for Women

Saturday, December 6th from 5:45 - 10:00pm

Modern Warrior has been offering this class 6 times per year as a community service for over 20 years. In that time
we’ve trained thousands of women with the skills they need to fight back; now it’s your turn!

Students learn how and where to hit (and why those are the best targets), how to break out of a grab or hold by an attacker, and much much more! We promise, you will NOT regret taking this class!

• Open to ALL women 12 and older
• Advance Registration IS Required. See below for details on how to sign-up
  
• All students under the age of 18 must have signed consent from a parent or guardian.
• While this is a very hands-on class please note that there are NO prerequisites with regard
  to health or physical ability. Whatever your fitness level, whatever
  your size, whatever your limitations we will teach you how to use what
  you have! We teach self defense for the real world, that means that
  every technique has to work for YOU in YOUR world!
  

While this class is FREE, a $25 deposit is required to hold your place, it
will be returned to you in it’s original form the night of the event.
