We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. Long Island Swim School is the teaching arm of the nationally ranked Long Island Aquatic Club. Our Learn to Swim programs create strong, safe, and confident swimmers for life. With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. The main emphasis of our programs is to teach children to swim correctly and develop essential water skills in a relaxed environment. MASSAPEQUA, NY - Police are seeking a man who stole a wallet at a Massapequa Dunkin' Donuts on Sunday. According to detectives, a 42-year-old woman exited the restaurant on 997 Carmans Road at about 9:50 a.m., leaving behind her wallet on a chair, police said. The woman then called Dunkin' Donuts but was advised the wallet, containing multiple credit cards and cash, was gone. An investigation revealed the wallet was taken by a man described as having a large build and light complexion, police said. He was also described as wearing a blue sweatshirt, dark colored shorts, black knit hat with an unknown symbol, white and black sneakers. Detectives request anyone with information regarding the crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
