Massapequa Crime Report: Car Stolen, Shoplifting Arrests at Sunrise Mall
Nassau County Police reports on Massapequa-related crimes and arrests.

Nassau County Police reported the following information. Charges are merely accusations and do not imply guilt.
Thefts
- Sept. 12: Babies R’ Us, Massapequa; three manhole covers stolen from rear parking lot.
- Sept. 14: Central Avenue, Massapequa; gray 2013 Kia Optima stolen.
- Sept. 15: Linden Street, Massapequa Park; handicap permit stolen from parked car.

- Sept. 16: XSport Fitness, Massapequa; hood of car damaged.
- Sept. 16: North Rutherford Avenue, North Massapequa; tires slashed on parked car.
Arrests
- Sept. 12: Joaquin Robles, 43, of Massapequa Park, charged with shoplifting at Home Depot in Jericho.
- Sept. 13: Nicholas Ferraris, 33, of Massapequa Park, charged with shoplifting from Sunrise Mall.
- Sept. 13: Corey Nill, 25, of Westhampton Beach, charged with DWI at Park Lane in Massapequa Park.
- Sept. 16: Eileen Reardon, 48, of Wantagh, charged with shoplifting at Sunrise Mall.
- Sept. 16: Michael Scoca, 49, of Massapequa, charged with shoplifting at Home Depot in Massapequa.
- Sept. 17: Veronica Orellana-Ayala, 26, Brentwood, charged with shoplifting at Sunrise Mall.
