Massapequa vs. Food

Massapequa residents have long known that Ciao Baby is a great place to fill up on Italian dishes. Now, the rest of the country will find out too.

The Sunrise Highway eatery is going to be featured on Wednesday's episode of the popular Travel Channel program, "Man vs. Food."

The series, which features host Adam Richman traveling around the country attempting to eat meals that require a heavy duty appetite, visited Ciao Baby's locations in Massapequa and Commack recently.

Manager Giovanni Russo told Patch at the time that Richman sampled a meat platter and ate rice balls "The size of your head."

The episode airs at 9 p.m.
