No. We started with Caraway's back in the '80's and have had several successful restaurants since then.

What makes your restaurant different from others?

It's not your typical Italian restaurant with the dark atmosphere and decor. It's a lively tavern style with great energy and live music Wednesday through Saturday.

What food item are you most excited about?

Chef Joseph Bonacore is the master of creativity and truly enjoys creating new specials every week.

What is your favorite thing about owning a restaurant?

The people. It's truly a joy to see the happiness that great food & a great atmosphere can bring to someone.

What do you want people to know about your restaurant?

Whether you're just coming in for a drink or dinner for a big family reunion, you won't be disappointed.

What advice would you give to other restaurant owners?

Treat others the way you wish to be treated. It's always worked for us.

What made you want to open your restaurant in Massapequa Park?

Massapequa Park is a great town. Thomas grew up in Farmingdale and now lives in Massapequa. Joseph is from Oceanside. They're local owners with a great reputation and following.
