Nassau Police Report: Week of January 19
Check out the recent crimes and arrests reported near the Massapequa area.

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Jan. 19 to Jan. 26.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Massapequa area over the past week as reported by police:
- Jan. 18: A woman reported that someone slashed all four tires of her car on Ford Drive W. in Massapequa.
- Jan. 20: A man reported that someone damaged a section of his fence causing it to fall down on Koehl Street in Massapequa Park.
- Jan. 20: A man reported that someone scratched the right side of both doors of his car on Northrop Grumman Building 24 on Stewart Avenue.
- Jan. 21: Teresa H. Vrana, 26, of Commack was arrested on a DWI charge on Eastgate Road and Front Street in Massapequa Park.
- Jan. 22: A man reported that someone broke that passenger side window of his car on Gables Drive in Hicksville.
- Jan. 23: A woman reported that someone slashed her rear passenger tire and shattered her passenger side mirror at the Best Western Bar Harbour Inn on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
- A 24-year-old Westbury woman, a 21-year-old Hicksville man and a 24-year-old Freeport man were arrested for possessing marijuana on 2nd Street in Mineola.
- Jan. 25: A woman reported that her wallet was stolen from her pocketbook at Babies R Us on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
- Jan. 25: Cui Yin, 34, of Massapequa was arrested on the LIE by Exit 37 in Roslyn Heights on a DWI charge.
