Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of July 27 to Aug. 3.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Massapequa area over the past week as reported by police:
- July 20: A woman reported that someone stole three packages from her front porch delivered by the USPS on South Bay Place in Massapequa.
- July 26: A woman reported that someone entered her car and rummaged through the interior on Pacific Street in Massapequa Park.
- July 26: A woman reported that someone entered her car and rummaged through the interior on Grand Boulevard in Massapequa Park.
- July 26: A woman reported that someone entered her car and ransacked the interior on 1st Avenue in Massapequa Park.
- July 27: A man reported that someone shattered the rear drivers side window of his car on Daniel Drive in South Farmingdale.
- July 27: A man reported that someone broke the window of his car on Boston Avenue in Massapequa.
- July 27: A man reported that someone entered his detached garage and stole a TV on Grant Avenue in Bethpage.
- July 29: Erick Caballero, 22, of Massapequa and Jessica Molina, 20, of Amityville were arrested for shoplifting form Collectors Corner Coins and Jewelry on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
- July 29: A woman reported that someone entered her car and stole a wallet with contents on Woodbury Road in Plainview.
- July 29: A man reported that his car was damaged while parked at CVS on Old Country Road in Plainview.
- July 29: A man reported that someone entered his car and stole assorted personal property on Evelyn Drive in Bethpage.
- July 30: Kehinde Sodipo, 46, of Newark was arrested for shoplifting from Walgreens on Hempstead Turnpike in Bethpage.
- July 30: A man reported that someone attempted to slash the front drivers side tire of his car on Cinque Drive in South Farmingdale.
- July 30: A woman reported that someone entered her car and stole her handicap parking permit and garage door opener on Briarwood Lane in Plainview.
- Aug. 1: A woman reported that someone stole the license plates off her car on Unqua Road in Massapequa.
- Aug. 1: A woman reported that someone stole her unattended pocketbook from the shopping cart at the Silver Manor Apartments on Secatogue Avenue in Farmingdale.
