Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of May 18 to May 25.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Massapequa area over the past week as reported by police:
- May 17: A woman reported that someone entered her car and stole a projector and money on Juliana Road in Massapequa.
- May 18: Keira Wilkins, 23, of Amityville was arrested for shoplifting from Macy's in the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
- May 18: It was reported that someone smashed the front driver's side window and stole a black work bag with contents at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
- May 18: A woman reported that someone stole two bicycles from the backyard of her N. Elm Street home in North Massapequa.
- May 19: Alfred Miller, 28, of Jamaica was arrested for shoplifting from the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
- May 21: Henry Santos Leon, 18, of Westbury was arrested for shoplifting from Macy's in the Broadway Mall in Hicksville.
- May 21: A woman reported that someone entered her car and stole her laptop on Raymond Street in Hicksville.
- May 21: A woman reported that someone stole her iPhone 6S from a piece of furniture from Macy's in the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
- May 21: A man reported that someone stole his personal property from his motorcycle on N. Violet Street in Bethpage.
- May 22: A man reported that someone entered his car and stole his cuff links and ear protectors on Fireplace Lane in Hicksville.
- May 23: A woman reported that someone keyed her car on Pennsylvania Avenue in Massapequa Park.
