Red Hook Man Forcibly Touched Child: NYSP

RED HOOK, NY — A Red Hook man was accused of forcibly touching a minor.

The New York State Police in conjunction with the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center and Child Protective Services arrested Paul A. Bulter, 33, of Red Hook, Friday.

He was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.

After receiving a tip, investigators found that Butler forcibly touched the intimate parts of a child who was under the age of 17, police said.

According to authorities, the child was familiar to Butler.

He was arraigned in the Town of Red Hook Court and released on his own recognizance.
