Crime Report: Man Charged with Screaming Obscenities in Public
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Michael Castelli, 24, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested Dec. 22 at about 12:44 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. He was travelling southbound on County Road 83 in a 1998 Nissan when he allegedly failed to maintain a lane, attracting the attention of the police.
Jillian Russell, 22, of Mount Sinai, was arrested Dec. 22 at about 2:07 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. She was near the intersection of Route 25A and County Road 83 in a 2005 Acura when she reportedly failed to maintain lane of travel, attracting the attention of the police.
Michael Dirago, 21, of Rocky Point, was arrested Dec. 22 at about 4:53 p.m. and charged with fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property: value greater than $1,000 and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was found on Lavender Road reportedly in possession of two stolen iPads and the drug.

Jonathan Kelly, 22, of Rocky Point, was arrested Dec. 22 at about 4:53 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct: obstructing traffic. He allegedly stood in the middle of Lavender Road obstructing traffic, and refused police requests to move.
Jason Annunziato, of Wading River, was arrested Dec. 22 at about 5:22 p.m. and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was found on Route 25A in Rocky Point driving a 1986 BMW while knowing his license was revoked.

William Johnson, 19, of Miller Place, was arrested Dec. 22 at about 11:55 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was found in the parking lot of Hookah Lounge in Centereach in the passenger seat of a 1994 Oldsmobile.
Mackenzie Sullivan, 21, of Sound Beach, was arrested Dec. 23 at about 12:01 a.m. and charged with first degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was found on Town Avenue in Miller Place driving a 2006 Honda.
Ryan McNeill, 28, of Mount Sinai, was arrested Dec. 25 at about 10:00 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was in the driver’s seat of a 2007 Chrysler when police allegedly observed a used hypodermic needle in center console in plain sight.
Theresa Schander, 49, of Mount Sinai, was arrested Dec. 27 at about 9:30 a.m. and charged with petty larceny. She allegedly stole a female victim's cell phone at her own home.
Alicia Pannhurst, 19, of Sound Beach, was arrested Dec. 28 at about 2:27 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. She was on North Country Road in Miller Place driving a 1997 green Ford pickup truck when she allegedly hit a fence.
Brice Pichardo, 20, was arrested Dec. 28 at about 6:20 p.m.and charged with disorderly conduct. He reportedly yelled, screamed, and used obscene language in a public place and then resisted arrest.
