Crime Report: Multiple Possession Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Daniel Marino, 27, of Mount Sinai, was arrested Dec. 13 at about 1:37 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. Police found him in a 2000 Honda on Route 347 in South Setauket.
Ryan Mcneil, 28, of Mount Sinai, was arrested Dec. 11 at abou 11:00 a.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police found him in a Patchogue parking lot allegedly in possession of prescription pills.
Joshua Domas, 24, of Miller Place, was arrested Dec. 8 at about 3:30 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police were responding to a 911 call at the parking lot of on Route 25A in Miller Place when he was allegedly found in possession of the substance.
