Police: Arrests Made in Hit-and-Run Crash
Anthony Dambrosio, of Patchogue, is charged with leaving the scene of Blue Point accident; brother also arrested.

A Patchogue man has been arrested on a felony charge following a hit-and-run which injured a Sound Beach man last week, police said.
Anthony Dambrosio, 31, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with serious injuries related to an early morning accident on Montauk Highway on March 4.
The crash seriously injured Douglas Piekarski, 46, of Sound Beach, who was driving a Newsday delivery truck when Dambrosio's Chevy Malibu slammed into the truck.

Dambrosio's brother, Michael Dambrosio, 42, of Medford, was also arrested on charges of tampering with physical evidence and hindering prosecution.
Anthony Dambrosio was arraigned Sunday and is being held on $100,000 cash bail. No court information was immediately available for Michael Dambrosio.
