Mount Vernon Business Fined for Untaxed Smokes
The New York State Liquor Authority issued the fine.
MOUNT VERNON, NY - A Mount Vernon deli faces a hefty fine for selling cigarettes that were untaxed.
Lohud.com said Fleetwood Grocery Corp at 581 Gramatan Ave. was fined by the state Liquor Authority board in the amount of $4,500.
