Public Safety Commissioner Replaced in Mount Vernon

MOUNT VERNON, NY - The first public safety commissioner appointed in January in Mount Vernon has been replaced.
Robert Kelly was replaced by Ronald Fatigate as the acting police commissioner, according to the Journal News.
