Alfred Zaldivar of New City died yesterday from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run accident May 9, Clarkstown police said.The 47-year-old was struck while cycling on Old Route 304 in New City, in the area of Cypress Street, by an eastbound Jeep which drove away.
