Create peace of mind for your family — for free!
Throughout the day, participants can have their Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, and Healthcare Proxy fully executed on-site.
Empower yourself and your loved ones with essential estate planning tools.
2. Homeownership Essentials | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Beyond Home Buying 101 — this powerful seminar will help you:
- Learn how to obtain, maintain, and sustain your assets
- Understand the steps to generational wealth
- Connect with experts who can guide you through the homeownership journey

4. The FAN Comes Out – Salsa & Line Dancing | 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Let the rhythm move you!
Join the dance floor and learn salsa and line dancing in a festive and inclusive community experience.
5. Live Band Performance | 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Enjoy the sounds of Rakiem Walker and the Walker Entertainment Group, performing live to close out the day in style.
