Deena M. Crimaldi and Richard J. Kalinowski Join Zetlin & De Chiara's New York Office

Zetlin & De Chiara is pleased to welcome Deena M. Crimaldi and Richard J. Kalinowski to the firm's New York office.

Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, a leading national construction law firm, is pleased to welcome Deena M. Crimaldi and Richard J. Kalinowski to the firm’s New York office.

“We are very fortunate that Deena and Richard have joined the Zetlin & De Chiara team and we are looking forward to the new dimensions they will add to our practice,” said Michael Vardaro, Managing Partner. “Deena is an experienced construction litigator who has handled all aspects of the litigation process. Richard studied engineering in college and then worked at WSP | Parsons Brinkerhoff before becoming an attorney.”

Crimaldi, an associate, joins Zetlin & De Chiara from Hawkins Parnell Thackson & Young LLP, where she focused on construction law, labor law, torts, contracts and professional and premises liability cases. Crimaldi graduated from New York Law School, where she earned honors, and received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude from Fairfield University.

Kalinowki, a 2017 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, joins Zetlin & De Chiara after completing a law internship at the Port Authority of NY and NJ. He will assume an associate position once admitted to the New York Bar. Kalinowski earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.

Both will focus on complex construction disputes and contractual matters in their practice.
