O’Connor, president and CEO of Bridgehampton National Bank. Former Vice President Joe Biden was presented with the HELP HERO Humanitarian Award at the March 16 event.
“Mario Cuomo was my greatest mentor and a dear friend for more than 30 years,” said Mr. Dowling, who received the inaugural Mario M. To be the recipient of an award named in his honor is a recognition that I will always cherish. I’m grateful to the entire Cuomo family for finding me worthy of this extraordinary honor.”
