32-Year-Old New Rochelle Man Identified as Victim in Burning Car

Manzo's body was discovered by firefighters after they were called to the scene of the 5:45 a.m. fire.

Rafael Manzo, 32, of New Rochelle has been identified by police as the victim found in the burning car in a parking lot on Webster Avenue early Sunday.

The Journal News reports that Manzo died of smoke inhalation, and while the police investigation is continuing, his death does not appear to be suspicious.
