There is nothing wrong with a juicy steak cooked on the grill, but why not jazz things up a bit with chimichurri, the sparkling Argentinian parsley sauce? The people of Argentina are one of Latin America’s biggest producers (and consumers) of beef. Often, you’ll find that beef cooked on the grill, so, basically—we’d take an Argentinian’s word for it when it comes to steak. This sauce is a stunner and it couldn’t be easier to make!
