Church Music Director from New Rochelle Charged 2nd Time with Rape of Teenager
He was originally arrested in December the first time.

A New Rochelle man who is music director of a Bronx church, and was charged with third-degree rape in December, faces new allegations of sexual contact with the same teenage girl Tuesday.
WABC-TV said Siepo Sampson, 38, allegedly had ongoing sexual contact with a 16-year-old.
Church officials of Thessolonia Baptist are being “tight lipped” about Sampson’s arrest, WABC-TV said.
