He wanted a Commercial Drivers License.

A 64-year-old NYC man was arrested on bribery charges Thursday after he tried to obtain a passing grade on his Commercial Drivers License exam by paying off a state Department of Motor Vehicles representative, according to state police.
Homero Rodriguez was charged with third-degree Bribery, a felony, after a state police and DMV investigation determined that he allegedly paid the rep $500 “in return for receiving a passing grade on a CDL Exam at the DMV Office located in Yonkers, NY.”
Rodriguez was arraigned in the Village of Tuckahoe Court, and he was remanded to the Westchester County Jail on no bail.
