Massachusetts Man Receives 151-month Sentence for 2013 Drug Crimes

He was arrested on the Hutchinson River Parkway along the Eastchester-New Rochelle border.

A Massachusetts man, accused of being a heroin and cocaine dealer, received a 151-month prison sentence Wednesday.

Hector Santillan, 38, was sentenced in Manhattan federal court, having been convicted of conspiring to distribute cocaine, heroin and oxycodone and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, according to the Journal News.

Santillan was arrested on the Hutchinson River Parkway near Mill Road Feb. 12, 2013. He was convicted by a jury in November 2015.
