NYC Man Arrested With 2 Pounds Of Pot In New Rochelle

Police said the man also had a stun gun.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A New York City man was arrested in New Rochelle May 20 on drug and weapon charges. State Police said Brian P. Wilson, 48, of New York City, was stopped on I-95 for a speeding violation. He was found to have more than 2 pounds of marijuana and a Vipertek electronic stun gun, police said.

He was taken into custody and processed at the New Rochelle barracks.

Wilson was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and a vehicle and traffic violation.

He is schedule to be arraigned in the City of New Rochelle Court May 22.
