Report: Overturned Vehicle on the Hutch Causing Delays

There are traffic problems on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Mamaroneck caused by an overturned vehicle.

WCBS880 reported that the road is blocked near Exit 23 Mamaroneck Avenue on the Hutch northbound. The accident occurred around 9 a.m.

Stopped traffic is backed up to Mill Road, Exit 18 southbound, WCBS880 said.
