Traffic Alert: Hutch Will Close In Both Directions To Remove Bridge
The Hutchinson River Parkway is slated to close between New Rochelle and Pelham Manor the weekend of July 9 - July 11.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — A now familiar sight for Westchester drivers will be disappearing soon, but a temporary bridge over the Hutchinson River Parkway will be responsible for one more traffic headache before it vanishes forever.
The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is warning drivers that the Hutchinson River Parkway will be closed in both directions between New Rochelle and the Village of Pelham Manor from July 9 to July 11.
The NYSDOT said that the Hutchinson River Parkway will close in both directions between Exit 8 (Cross County Parkway) in the City of New Rochelle and Exit 4A (I-95) in the Village of Pelham Manor. The closure is needed for removal of the temporary bridge and paving of the Hutchinson River Pkwy at Exit 6 (East Lincoln Ave./Mount Vernon/Pelham) as part of the ongoing bridge replacement and rehabilitation project in lower Westchester.
