He or she is telling you these things to make you better.
Isn’t that what you want in an employer?
Isn’t that what you want in a boss – someone who’s making sure you’re growing and getting better EVERY DAY?
Maya Angelou says, “When you know better, you do better.”
You’re your boss’s investment. He wants nothing more than that investment to increase in value.
Keep that in mind next time you think he has ulterior motives.
